What You’ll Do:

- **Support Clients** - Be their go-to service and support representative
- **Drive Renewals** - Help clients renew their services, upgrade their devices/plans, and stay connected.
- **Deliver Amazing Service** - Build trust and loyalty through clear, friendly communication.
- **Team Up for Success** - Collaborate closely with our sales and support teams to solve issues quickly and efficiently.
- **Work with Cutting-Edge Tools** - Full training provided — we’ll make sure you have everything you need to succeed.

What You Bring:

- 1+ year of customer service, or inside sales (wireless/telecom is a bonus).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks like a pro.
- Tech-savvy — comfortable learning CRM systems and ticketing systems like Freshdesk.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a love for helping people.
- Knowledge of TELUS services or the Canadian wireless market? Even better
