Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
**Responsibilities**
- Technical Project Work_
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring that it is technically available
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
- Documentation and Analysis_
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, provide proactive updates on changes with documents
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Communication_
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to communicate for the execution of projects
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven working experience as a project administrator
- Education requirements: Bachelors and/or project management certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools
- 3-5 years experience in Project Management
