**Specialist, Quality Assurance Documentation - Specialty Health Network Quality Assurance**

**What you will do**:

- Author and implement key SDMSHN operational procedures, policies, work instructions and other associated documents to drive standardization and operational efficiency across the business.
- Develop documentation in a manner that effectively communicates the process to colleagues.
- Critically examine current state processes and highlight opportunities to streamline.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to support document reviews and approvals.
- Follow regulatory good documentation practices, and documentation control processes.
- Other QA related activities as required.

**What you will need**:

- A minimum bachelor’s degree with three or more years work experience
- Technical writing experience an asset
- Experience in Patient Support Program (PSP), warehouse and pharmacy operations considered an asset
- Experience using an Electronic Quality Management System is an asset.
- Communicates well in writing by composing clear documents; facility with editing and/or proof-reading is required.
- Communicates with clarity, verbally and in one-on-one or group situations, or over the telephone.
- Adaptable to set and prioritize work with varying exceptions.
- Strong quality orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and adhere to compliance/audit requirements.
- Ability to see projects through to implementation
- Ability to contribute in collaborative team environment
