**Customer Service Associate**
- **Core Responsibilities**_
- Greeting customers, clients and accepting deliveries
- Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organizations’ internal software system.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Co-ordinate the handling of difficult and unusual situations
- Coordinating communication between customers and vendors as required
- Coordinating transport logistics and ensuring transport costs are on track as budgeted.
- Assisting with general office administration as required.
- **Job Terms**_
- Probationary Period: 3-months
- Shift Requirement: Day shift, must be flexible to fit in different shifts according to business requirement including Saturday or Sundays.
- **What you should have**_
- Minimum 1 year receptionist experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preference to call-center experience.
- Foodservice industry knowledge, experience in produce sector is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
