**Pizza Cook**

Papas Pizzaland Whitby is looking for a Pizza Cook to prepare delicious pizzas and other food items for our customers. You will perform all tasks, including preparing food, preparing it to be served, and keeping our food safe and clean. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and working hard to grow our company’s image. **Responsibilities**:

- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
- Cook food in various utensils or grillers
- Check food while cooking to stir or turn
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Keep all work areas clean and organized
- Ensure all products are stored safely
- Keep all equipment clean, orderly, and safe
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Communicate with managers about customers’ feedback or needs

**Qualifications**:

- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to read and understand English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
