**Your Role at a Glance**
- **Clinic Operations**: Ensure seamless daily flow, from front desk to exam room. Keep the clinic running like clockwork.
- **People Leadership**: Hire, train, and coach a high-performing team. Set standards, inspire ownership, and resolve issues quickly.
- **Scheduling Mastery**: Optimize physician and staff schedules for maximum efficiency and patient flow.
- **Billing & Compliance**: Oversee OHIP billing, third-party claims, EMR workflows (OSCAR/AVAROS), payroll, and end-of-day audits.
- **Facility & Inventory Oversight**: Maintain a clean, stocked, and patient-ready environment at all times.
- **Patient & Community Engagement**: Represent AHG with professionalism and warmth. Lead outreach and engagement projects to grow our presence.
- **Experienced Leader**: 2+ years in a medical office management or healthcare supervisory role.
- **Strong Communicator**: Clear, calm, and confident — especially in high-pressure or fast-paced situations.
- **System-Savvy**: Comfortable with EMRs (OSCAR/AVAROS), OHIP billing, payroll, and reporting tools.
- **Organized & Accountable**: You're a checklist master who thrives on order and efficiency.
- **People-First Mindset**: Empathetic, respectful, and driven to create a supportive team culture.
- **Flexible Schedule**: Willing to work weekdays and occasional Saturdays, with flexible hours.
