Talent Advisor, Integration Hiring

**This is a contract opportunity. More details will be shared if contacted to interview.** **Overview** The Talent Advisor will support the Integration Hiring recruitment team. They will own a portfolio of recruitment for integration hiring, reporting into the Program Manager, Integration Hiring. The Talent Advisor will support with the hands-on recruitment of top talent gaining exposure to all steps of our hiring process. **Snapshot of Responsibilities**: - Provide end-to-end support to drive the Talent Acquisition process for Integration Hiring - Screening resumes - Scheduling interviews - Administering assessments - Conducting references and background checks - Drafting offers of employment - Coordinating onboarding and new hire orientation activities and maintaining up to date content for orientation presentation - Drive and oversee the internal completion of tasks related to the onboarding of new hires - Monitoring onboarding tracking systems - Supporting managers as they prepare for new hires - Coordinating training sessions for new hires and department needs - Other duties as required **What you bring to the team** - Minimum one year of experience in an HR and/or Recruiting role, can be inclusive of co-op or part-time experience - Successful completion of a College diploma or University Degree required - Previous experience working with an HRIS, ATS or ERP system or quick learner with a high attention to detail - Customer service orientation - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to maintain and manage confidentiality. **What we have to offer**: - Smart commute options including complimentary shuttle from Kipling Station, and subsidized transit program. - Flexible working hours that complement core business hours. - Purposeful work that drives career development, with opportunities to learn and grow by way of on-site training, workshops, and lunch and learn sessions. - Well-being initiatives, including onsite gym facility and fitness classes (yoga and boot camp). - Employee-friendly work environment, with opportunity to participate in employee-led clubs, organized sports teams, video games, foosball, ping pong, etc. **About Us** Baylis Medical and Boston Scientific recently announced the close of Boston Scientific’s acquisition of Baylis Medical Company Inc.
