Architecture49 is seeking a Junior to Intermediate Construction Contract Administrator to join our GTA team.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and travel to conduct site visits throughout Southern Ontario, attend site meetings, oversee site activities and provide quality control.
- Living near the London area is considered an asset as we have a multi-year industrial contract in the area that to is be administered
- Assisting with project progress and site reports
- Assist with shop drawings, answering Contractor requests for information and issuing contract changes
- Assist with quality control/constructability reviews on drawings and specifications
- Collaborating and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team

**Qualifications**
- 3-5+ years’ experience with a focus on the construction phase of projects
- Sound technical and building envelope knowledge, strong understanding of codes, and familiarity with Ontario construction practices
- Recognized credentials from a construction contract administration course or other equivalent training considered an asset
