**beerbistro is a well-established bar and restaurant in the heart of downtown Toronto, looking for FOH staff. We are a beer focused, tight-knit staff with a great clientele and lots of opportunity to grow with the company.**

**Floor Managers Responsibilities include**:

- manage the restaurant staff, from pre-shift to close
- work co-operatively with the BOH staff to ensure a smooth shift, and that any issues are dealt with properly
- be a welcoming presence to guests, handle any special requests or complaints to 100% satisfaction
- maintain a professional, organized presence and staff
- co-ordinate with the Management Team to maximize sales and efficiencies on a daily basis
- knowledge of Open Table and Lightspeed POS is an asset
- strong knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails an asset

**Floor Manager - Sales and Events Focus**
- responsible for booking and managing Private Dining room, group events
- work with the GM on beerbistro events
- proven sales background and able to meet sales goals each month
- able to develop and execute creative ideas for increased traffic and revenue

**Floor Manager - Service and Training Focus**
- organize monthly training sessions for the staff - product knowledge and service skills
- provide ongoing feedback to staff to maintain beerbistro standards
- regular testing and evaluation of FOH staff
- creating daily pre-shift and weekly service goals for the FOH staff
