**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the quality oversite and maintenance of Technical Training KSA Analysis/Catalogues, Job & Task Analyses, Task to Training Matrices, Curriculum and Evaluation Strategies, Training Program Delivery Schedules, Training Material and Evaluation Instruments.
- Responsible for the design and development of the Continuing Training Programs for the Technical Training Programs for Engineering, Maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical, & I&C), Radiation Protection, and Chemistry.
- Responsible for the instructional quality oversite of the curriculum/materials for the Technical Training Programs for BWR, ABWR, BWRX300 and other similar technologies.
- Represent GEH training in internal, customer and regulatory venues.
- Work with instructors and stakeholders to support the management and delivery of the training programs and provide strong leadership for assigned programs.
- Lead/support training program reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of training and establish priorities and drive plans for continuous improvement.
- Develop/support corrective actions to address identified areas for improvement.
- Work with other training and business units to support the Fleet Services enterprises.
- Perform special assignments and other related activities as assigned by the Training Manager/Leader.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the nuclear power industry.
- Minimum of 10 years training or technical experience in the nuclear industry, familiar with nuclear industry standards and training practices or equivalent.

**Eligibility Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel to other GE sites as necessary to support training initiatives.

**Desired**:

- Knowledgeable of, and able to implement, the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
- Excellent written and oral technical communication skills including technical English composition, grammar, syntax, formatting, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver training, effectively conveying technical concepts to technical personnel that facilitates learning.
- Demonstrated personal integrity with ability to handle proprietary, confidential, export controlled and complex technical information.
- Experience with Regulatory Training Program Audits and Inspections or equivalent Accreditation.
- Organized self-starter, with demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, set priorities, meet tight deadlines and with proven ability to gauge needs and proactively take action without direct supervision.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, excellent planning, project leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, setting priorities and successfully managing multiple tasks simultaneously with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) Instructor Certification (BWR) or equivalent level of qualification in a technical field.
- Knowledge of Nuclear Power Plant technologies; including BWR, PWR and PHWR/CANDU.
- Training Program development and implementation experience under both NRC and CNSC Regulatory Frameworks.
- Training Program development and implementation experience in military or defense industry settings.
- Experience with initial and requalification evaluation development, conduct, and grading.
- Experience delivering all phases of Technical Training including utilization of shops, dynamic learning activities and part-task simulators.
- Experience with Computer Based Training (CBT) implementation including multi-media training content using current industry approaches.
- Experience using an LMS, training database or Vision software.
