**Overview**

SalesOptAI is a rapidly growing startup that builds intelligent AI Assistants and autonomous Agents to help businesses operate 24/7. We’re seeking a highly motivated and tech-curious **Integration Specialist** to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to get in on the ground floor of a fast-moving AI startup.

**Duties**
- Collaborate with team members to understand solution requirements and design integration workflows.
- Tune vector databases and optimize prompt performance for AI Assistant deployments.
- Develop and maintain internal tools and automations using Python or other scripting platforms.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and propose improvements to system workflows.
- Document integration workflows, configurations, and best practices.
- Continuously research and experiment with emerging technologies to enhance solution capabilities.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Strong interest and aptitude for learning new technologies and tools quickly.
- Experience with **at least one** of the following:

- Python programming
- Understanding of APIs and how to connect third-party software platforms.
- Familiarity with vector databases, prompt engineering, or AI workflows is a plus.
- Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is an asset but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a proactive attitude.

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
