**What does that mean?** We look at every single aspect of a vehicle purchase and remove all of the friction points.

**Here's a few examples**:
You can buy a car entirely online, without any salespeople involved
You can have your new car delivered to your driveway, usually the same day
You can spend a week with your vehicle to decide if you love it, and if you don't we'll pick it up

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate and organize all lot staff
- Act as the primary intermediary between the lot and office staff
- Strategically prioritize inspection, staging and loading of vehicles for the Lot Attendant team
- Offer aid to the delivery team while they exit and enter the premises
- Facilitate the cleaning and movement of the company fleet
- Maintain and enforce lot cleanliness standards
- Help the lot team with hands on work whenever possible
- Collect and quality-check documentation submitted from the Lot Attendant and Driver team to the office

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Aptitude team building and development
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing demands of the department
- Very strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A passion for the Automotive industry is an added bonus
