We are looking for a full-time Lot Coordinator to join our Operations team. This position will be primarily responsible for assisting in the delivery process, maintaining the lot and ensuring vehicles meet Canada Drives' superior standards prior to delivery to our clients around the Greater Toronto Area. When not working in the lot, this person will support the team with other tasks. The team is looking for a person with an upbeat attitude and friendly demeanor.
**Duties & Responsibilities (includes but not limited to)**:
- Coordinate vehicle movements on site and off site with Drivers and assist when needed
- Perform minor to partial repairs
- Complete visual inspections of vehicles for repairs to communicate with Provincial Transportation Manager and Recon Coordinators.
- Organize and manage your assigned vehicles on the lot
- Communicate with other members within your team and throughout the Operations department
- Other duties as assigned
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Driver's license (Class G2 or above)
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Drivers abstract required
- Organized
- Eye for minor details
- Expectation of perfection
- Team player
- Hard working
