Used Car Technician

Mayfield Ford Lincoln is looking for a** Used Car Technician** to join their team in Brampton.

Our **Automotive Service Technicians** are an integral part of our day-to-day business.

The **Used Car Technician** is responsible for skilled tasks in the mechanical repair and maintenance of pre-owned vehicles. This individual will also assist with Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and be responsible for the inspection and services of new vehicles when they are delivered to the dealership.

**Job Duties**:

- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned.
- Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform repair.
- Inspect vehicles for obvious damage and missing major components.
- Inspects vehicles for loose or misaligned items such as trim, doors, and hardware.
- Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Perform road tests using safe driving standards.

**What We Look For**:

- **Valid 310S License.**:

- **Experience working in a technician position.**:

- Valid Driver’s License (Class G) with a clean driving record.
- Experience with domestic brands would be considered an asset.
- Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work well with a team.
- A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
