Optional mentorship from Dorri L. Bland, with 36+ years of spa and wellness industry experience

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
- check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa space to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Foster positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

**Requirements**:
Certification in your field of practice
Proof of professional liability insurance
Commitment to maintaining a high standard of care

Follow all spa policies and procedures as outlined

❌ Practitioners are responsible for managing their own client appointments and business operations.
