**Job Title**: Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

**Job Overview**:
We are excited to invite a dedicated and nurturing Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding and inspiring young children in their critical early years, creating a warm and supportive environment that fosters curiosity and growth. We are looking for someone passionate about early childhood development and committed to making a meaningful difference in each child’s journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Foster a welcoming and interactive environment that encourages children’s development and natural curiosity.
- Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that support cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and other educators to build strong, supportive relationships.
- Track and document each child’s individual progress and milestones.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, organize, and execute daily learning activities.
- Ensure the safety, health, and overall welfare of each child in your care through proactive supervision and adherence to health standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience in an early childhood or child care setting.
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on guiding and encouraging young learners.
- Proficient in English, with bilingual skills considered an asset for diverse communication needs.
- Solid understanding of early childhood education practices and principles.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with special education or supporting children with diverse needs is preferred.
- Proven skills in classroom management within an early childhood education setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $21.86-$23.86 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
