**About the Role**
A fantastic opportunity for a Junior Property Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career while getting the right support and mentoring around them to succeed.
**Duties including**:
- Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups
- Market and lease vacant units
- Manage repairs and maintenance requests
- Conduct reference checks for potential tenants
- Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit reports
