About The Role
The Pharmacy Technician will assist the Pharmacy Operations team in the execution of pharmacy related and Investigational and Non-Investigation Products (IP/NIP) handling procedures. The Pharmacy Technician will conduct tasks performed in compliance with study protocol, Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
What You'll Do Here
- Ensure the confidentiality of clinical trial participants and sponsors is respected.
- Perform the reception, labeling, storage, dispensing, shipping, sterile preparation of IP/NIPs, accountability and inventory of IP/NIPs.
- Ensure that all IP related materials necessary for the conduct of a clinical trial are purchased and/or on-site prior to trial initiation.
- Comply with study blinding and randomization when handling and/or dispensing IPs.
- Collaborate in the coordination of training employees on study specific dosing procedures.
- Assist in the resolution of pharmacy related queries.
- Proactively communicate issues and/or problem resolutions to departmental supervisors and managers.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Pharmacy Technician Certification and/or related work experience preferred.
- Good communication (French and English for Montreal location) and problem solving skills.
- Innovative, detail-oriented, people-oriented.
