**Drafting Associate**

**Summary**

The **Drafting Associate** is responsible for preparing the study materials and meeting study setup timelines. Logistics Division study materials include the laboratory manual, bill of materials (BOM), label design, shipping instructions and other study related documents needed for the provision of kits and sample management services.

**Responsibilities**
- Preparation of the draft laboratory manual following an approved template
- Development of the kit design and build diagram
- Creation and importing of the BOM to the electronic system
- Creation of the label design based on an approved template
- Meeting study setup timelines
- Peer review

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in technical writing an asset

**Main Requirements**
- Experience with Logistics division study materials an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management
