We are currently seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction and maintenance tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment.

**Duties**:

- Assist with construction projects by performing tasks such as digging trenches, pouring concrete, and operating heavy machinery.
- Follow blueprints and instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Perform general maintenance duties, including painting, caulking, and repairing structures.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in reading blueprints and following construction plans.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Experience with caulking, carpentry, and general maintenance person work.
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools and power tools used in construction.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
