Greeting incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact.
- Managing the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, provides accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate.
- Providing 1st class service to restaurant customers.
- Seating guests and taking beverage orders.
- Completing assigned opening/closing duties.
- Observing guests’ needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service.
- Working as part of a team and recognize the importance of each team member's role in the guest dining experience.
- Exercising sound judgment and possess good problem-solving skills.
- Cleaning and resetting tables when guests leave.
- All other duties assigned by management.

**The qualifications for this position are as follows**:

- 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Great multitasking, communication, and time management skills.
- Commitment to succeed in a team-orientated environment.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to clearly communicate guests’ needs to Servers, Bussers, Managers, etc.
- Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour
