**_ Position Details:_**
**Morning / Afternoon Shift**:

- Monday to Thursday (10-hour shifts).
- 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM / 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM

**Weekend Shift**:

- Friday to Sunday (12-hour shifts)
- 5:15 AM to 5:45 PM

**Pay Range**:

- $26 - $30 per hour.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate plasma CNC machines and beamlines to produce high-quality parts.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, safety rules, and procedural manuals.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met.
- Adhere to safety standards and practices at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience with laser or plasma cutting of steel.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong multitasking and prioritizing skills.
- Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and precision measurement equipment.
- Commitment to customer service, excellence, innovation, and integrity.
