Position: Customer Care/Service Appointment Coordinator

**Job description**

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position. Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM*

**Automotive Business Development Call Center Representative (BDC) Job Description**:

- Have thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
- Handle inbound & outbound Service Calls.
- Make 100-125 outbound calls per day (minimum) using dealership’s CRM resources
- Set appointments for customers to visit our dealership

**Job Requirements: Automotive Business Development Call Center Representative (BDC)**
- Service/ Automotive Experience Required
- Previous automotive BDC sales experience is a huge asset
- Experience with CDK and Dealermine considered an asset
- Reliable transportation to and from dealership
- Tenacious yet professional follow up on customer inquiries
- Professional Appearance
- Work in a team environment with other customer service representatives in our BDC
- Enter customer information into the dealerships CRM system
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction, create calls to action and generate leads

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
