The ADAS Calibration Production Manager will oversee daily operations of the ADAS calibration team, ensuring efficient workflows, and timely delivery of services. This role requires a strong understanding of ADAS systems, automotive service processes, and team leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the ADAS calibration team technicians
- Invoice services performed to the vehicle
- Plan and coordinate daily production schedules for vehicle calibrations.
- Ensure all calibrations meet OEM standards and company quality guidelines.
- Work closely with body shop mangers, collision estimators, insurance partners and customers.
- Ensure compliance with OEM procedures

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in automotive or ADAS calibration industry, with 1 + years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to learn and understand OEM position statements/ service procedures regarding vehicle ADAS systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a high-volume production environment.
