**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support**:
- Handle real estate paperwork, including contracts, forms, and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and property showings.
- Maintain and update listings on MLS and other platforms.
**CRM Management**:
- Organize and maintain the CRM system with up-to-date client information.
- Schedule and send personalized follow-ups and client communications.
- Track and report on leads, referrals, and client interactions.
**Social Media Management**:
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Monitor comments, messages, and interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses.
**Blog and Content Creation**:
- Write and edit blogs, newsletters, and other content related to real estate trends, market updates, and community highlights.
- Collaborate to brainstorm creative ideas for content that aligns with the brand voice and goals.
- Proofread and optimize content for SEO and readability.
**Marketing**:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to refine strategies.
- Assist with photography, videography, and staging coordination for property listings.
**Client and Transaction Support**:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and prospects.
- Coordinate with lawyers, inspectors, and other professionals involved in transactions.
- Track deadlines and milestones to ensure smooth transaction processes.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in real estate, marketing, or administrative support roles (real estate experience preferred).
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency with CRM tools, MLS, social media platforms, and marketing tools. Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
- **Communication**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for engaging content creation.
- **Organized**: Strong multitasking skills with a knack for meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with real estate terminology, contracts, and processes.
- **Education**: High school diploma required; a degree or certificate in marketing, communications, or real estate is a bonus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
