The Parts Manager is the leader of the Parts Team and their primary objective is to run a profitable Parts Department, while providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction to all customers, both internal and external.

- **Experience & Knowledge** - 3 years of parts management experience and knowledge of CDK/CDK Service is advantageous

Further to that, they will be tasked with executing on the following:

- Maintaining stock at a level that enables both internal servicing and repair departments to complete their work without delay.
- Sourcing quality parts by evaluating suppliers that can offer replacement parts at the best price.
- Designing, recommending and implementing various programs and promotions to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Handling customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership’s guidelines.
- Providing ongoing training and coaching to Parts Team.
