- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role.

**Your Role**:
In the role of Bar, Kitchen, Dining Room, or Guest Services Manager, you’ll bring a collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently while solving problems effectively. You’ll support the management team by guiding staff, streamlining operations, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll also help train, coach, and motivate the team to maintain high performance and service standards.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
