Client Care Specialist

What will you be doing?
- Taking inbound customer calls and resolving inquires.
- Liaising with other departments to coordinate services.
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating all service calls as required, ensuring work is accurately entered in the system.
- Dispatching technicians in a timely manner, ensuring they have all the necessary tools for the scheduled job.
- Preparing work orders based on Technician’s schedule and updating any changes outside the original work order.
- Maintaining office customer files through PEST PAC Software.
- Reviewing technician service tickets for follow-up visit requirement and ticket closure.
- Liaising with accounting to process billings for service calls.
- Providing expert and excellent customer service.

Additional Qualifications
- Works well with others but also has the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail while performing detailed tasks.
- Experience with scheduling and dispatching would be an asset.
- Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations.
- The ability to multi-task and maintain an organized working style
- Good understanding of the GTA is a MUST
- Must be comfortable in fast paced high pressure environment.
- Innovative mindset and go-getter attitude

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
