**DESCRIPTION**:
- Baccalauréat complété, connexe au secteur d'activité, et 6 années d'expérience pertinente ou Maîtrise complétée, connexe au secteur d'activité et 4 années d'expérience pertinente;
- Expérience en tant qu’architecte de solutions ou d'intégration dans une organisation complexe, idéalement en institution financière;
- Expérience dans la livraison de projets d’envergure dans une organisation complexe;
- Expérience en intégration de solutions Salesforce dans un écosystème cloud, microservices et on-premises complexe;
- Connaissances approfondies et 4 années d’expérience pertinente avec la plateforme Salesforce, son écosystème et ses principes d’architecture, d’ingénierie et de construction;
- Connaissances approfondies de Financial Services Cloud, de Sales Cloud, d’Einstein Activity Capture et d’Omnistudio;
- Connaissances AWS un atout;
- Certifications Salesforce incluant : Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder;
- Certifications additionnelles qui seraient des atouts: Salesforce Certified Applications Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect;
- Familiarité avec les concepts et outils DevOps : Gestion de code source (Git-Bitbucket), Serveurs d’intégration continue (Jenkins), Builds en continu (Groovy, Ant), Gestion d’artéfacts (Nexus);
- Connaissances du cycle de vie du développement logiciel, des principes DevOps, et de la méthodologie Agile;
- Habileté à influencer et mobiliser positivement les parties prenantes;
- Leadership, initiative, autonomie, fortes habiletés de communication et bon vulgarisateur;
- Excellentes capacités analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, ainsi que de bonnes aptitudes en communication et relations interpersonnelles;
- Reconnu comme une référence technique;
