At Orion, you’re not just part of a company—you’re part of something exciting, impactful, and real. The Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team. This role is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with complex business requirements. You will work across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated systems, ensuring best practices, technical excellence, and long-term platform stability. What You’ll Be Doing Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical designs and solution architectures. Develop and review technical specifications, data models, and system integrations. Apply Salesforce platform knowledge to create secure, scalable, and optimized solutions. Provide guidance on Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and system governance. Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Conduct platform assessments, performance tuning, and optimization. Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements. What You Bring 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in an architect-level or senior technical role. Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with integration patterns and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi). Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and compliance requirements. Salesforce System Architect and/or Application Architect certifications required; Technical Architect (CTA) certification a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design practical, sustainable solutions. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and explain technical concepts.
