We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented **Sales Consultant** to join our team at **Interiors by Better Shade** — Niagara’s go-to destination for custom window coverings for over 70 years.

You’ll split your time between our **showroom** and **on-the-road appointments**, where you’ll:

- Visit customers’ homes with samples
- Measure their windows
- Provide on-the-spot quotes
- Help customers choose styles and fabrics in-store
- Work in and out of store with sales for both window coverings and furniture

**What you’ll get**:
Hourly pay + Commission
3-4 days per week, **Wednesday**:

- **Saturdays**
Mileage allowance for on-the-road visits
Potential for more hours as the role grows

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong communicator with proven sales ability
- Great with people and confident working independently
- Reliable vehicle required
- While prior experience in interior design is an advantage, we welcome applicants with a passion for design and strong sales skills.
