**Job description**

Kavar Jewellers is seeking part time sales associates committed to engage with clients and offer exceptional customer service. A background in jewellery, watches OR retail sales is required, and a specialty in client relations is preferred.

**Must be available for all shifts during mall operating hours, which includes evenings until up to 9:30pm and all weekend shifts.**

Main responsibilities include:

- Actively approach, engage with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with brand ambassadors and sales team
- Clienteling both during and after a sale
- Receiving training both in-store and online through e-modules
- Foster an environment that has customer service at the forefront, ensuring consumer satisfaction and retention
- Ability to adapt to change and use technology to assist the consumer and fellow sales associates

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-30 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
