**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and portion sizes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events, including banquets and catering functions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure safe handling and storage of food products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service times.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet services is a plus.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience as a dietary aide or barista is advantageous but not mandatory.
