**Hotel Maintenance**

**Responsibilities for this role include**:

- Making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
- Shuttle Driving
- Shoveling snow and clearing ice from walkways and parking areas
- Mowing grass and tending grounds
- Reviewing maintenance reports and scheduling/prioritizing repairs based on hotel needs
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures, fire regulations and hotel security
- Constantly seeking out ways to improve service and increase guest satisfaction
- Complying with all legislative requirements and internal standards, policies, and procedures while upholding the company’s core values
- Other relevant and related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years Maintenance experience in heating/cooling, plumbing, electrical and pool/whirlpool maintenance
- Must be available to work shifts including evenings, weekends and potentially be on call
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
