Markham, Canada SCI Lease Corp. Full time

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, organize, manage, version, update, archive various documents and customer letters for SCI Lease Corp.
- Work with business leaders and compliance department on various letters and communications that gets created and sent to customers during lease life cycle.
- Manage workload fluctuations while working with mínimal supervision.
- Proofread and check documents for appropriate formatting, spelling, grammar, and sense/clarity.
- Document version comparisons, checking for accurate revisions, and correcting document corruption.
- Create and update templates for ongoing legal and visual changes.
- Respond promptly to requests, meeting deadlines, and work cooperatively with other departments and individuals within the company.
- Learn and master multiple software.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS required
- Expert knowledge in Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word and other document editing and management tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Bilingual French as an asset.

EXPERIENCE
- Work experience in the Automotive Finance sector as an asset.
- Experience with Salesforce or other related CRM tools.

EDUCATION
- Education in Business or Legal Administration as an asset.
- College Diploma or University Degree in related field or equivalent required.
