**Position Summary**: As a member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. You will assist in the preparation and cooking of food to meet our high-quality standards, ensuring proper food handling, presentation, and portion control. You will work alongside our talented chefs to create dishes that delight our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and stoves
- Prepare cold foods and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
- Set up and break down workstations to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Monitor food quality, temperatures, and portion sizes to reduce waste
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring sanitary working conditions
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment with clear communication and teamwork

**Physical Requirements**:

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience in a kitchen setting
- No supervisory experience required, but previous experience is a plus
