Vendasta is seeking a People Operations Manager for an 18-month term to lead our North American People Partner team. In this strategic and collaborative role, you'll be at the forefront of executing Vendasta’s core people programs, from talent acquisition and performance management to employee engagement and systems innovation. You’ll also champion the adoption of AI within People Operations, empowering teams to enhance efficiency and drive meaningful impact through intelligent tools and automation. Working closely with global partners, you’ll help ensure consistency, alignment, and the delivery of people-first practices that truly make a difference.

**About the Job**

The People Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of Vendasta’s core people programs. Reporting to the VP of People Operations, this role leads the North American People Partner team and collaborates closely with global stakeholders. With a strong focus on operational excellence, world-class service delivery, and enabling AI-enhanced processes, this role is essential in aligning scalable systems, elevating the employee experience, and delivering data-informed people operations across the organization.

**Your Impact**

As the People Operations Manager, you'll work with the Global People Operations Team to:

- Manage, coach, and develop the People Partner team to deliver high-quality support, consistent service delivery, and strategic guidance.
- Champion the use of AI and automation within People Operations, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and improve employee experience.
- Drive execution of performance and compensation cycles, equipping leaders with training, tools, and AI-informed insights to support talent development.
- Collaborate on leadership development, succession planning, and manager enablement alongside the People Partner and Learning & Development teams.
- Oversee employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, internal transitions, promotions, and offboarding, leveraging tools to optimize workflows and reporting.
- Lead delivery and analysis of engagement surveys, and design programs that foster culture, belonging, and retention.
- Ensure strong people systems management and data governance across platforms like BambooHR and Lattice, advancing Vendasta’s ability to make real-time, data-informed decisions at scale.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- 8+ years of progressive experience in People Operations or Human Resources, including 5+ years in a leadership role within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Expertise across the employee lifecycle, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and job architecture.
- Proven experience implementing or adopting HR tech, AI tools, or process automation to drive operational efficiency and insights.
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as Lattice, BambooHR, and data/reporting systems; comfort working with people data to guide decisions.
- An influential communicator and trusted coach who can lead cross-functional initiatives with empathy and impact.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; CPHR designation is considered an asset.
