**Duties & Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Advisor will demonstrate strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills. Customer service, sales and communication skills are essential to the success of this role.

In this role you will:

- Provide excellent in-person as well as telephone customer service in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
- Possess the ability to communicate clearly and interpret the customers’ needs
- Provide customers with up-to-date pricing and quotes
- Confirm product inventory and availability, providing accurate delivery dates to the customers
- Process invoices and receive payments from retail customers
- Promote sales by upselling and cross-selling related products
- Provide Service Technicians with parts as required
- Maintain merchandising for the retail sales floor, counter and displays
- Have the ability to lift up to 50 Lbs
- Maintain a clean parts counter

**Education/Experience**
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Knowledge of parts
- 3-5 yrs experience as parts counter representative
- Basic computer skills
- Sales experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of powersports considered an asset
- CRM & Inventory Management system knowledge (Lightspeed EVO)

**Salary**: $32,500.00-$40,000.00 per year
