**Roles We’re Hiring For**
Every role requires a CannSell Standard Certificate and a pre-employment Criminal Record Check.
**Supervisor**
- Lead the customer experience by creating a welcoming, educational environment and promoting responsible cannabis use
- Ensure accurate product knowledge is shared and sales are processed efficiently
- Support smooth daily operations by overseeing order fulfillment, cash handling, and store readiness
- Coach and motivate team members to deliver excellent service and meet sales goals
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Uphold and enforce company policies, AGCO regulations, and employment standards to maintain a safe, compliant, and positive workplace
**Compensation**: starting at **$19.50+/hr** plus quarterly bonus eligibility and sales incentives

**Assistant Manager**
- Everything a Supervisor does, _**plus**_ _
- Oversee daily store operations and scheduling
- Support training and development of team members, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship
- Monitor sales targets and manage inventory
- Inspire a high-performing team culture through regular feedback and recognition
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring positive outcomes
- Act as the Store Manager’s key partner, supporting daily operations and confidently leading the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
**Compensation**: typically **$21.50+/hr** plus quarterly bonus eligibility and sales incentives

**Store Manager**
- Everything an Assistant Manager does, _**plus**_ _
- Take full ownership of store results and profitability
- Lead recruitment, scheduling, and training of team members; provide coaching and performance feedback
- Oversee cash management, inventory, and audits
- Collaborate with Regional Management and your team to develop and drive growth initiatives
- Champion a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement
**Compensation**: starting at **$51,000+/year** plus quarterly bonus opportunities, sales incentives and company-paid benefits.
**What You Bring**
- Passion for cannabis education and customer service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A strong sense of accountability—showing up prepared, meeting commitments, and taking pride in delivering great results every shift.
- Comfort with technology and point-of-sale systems
- Role-specific leadership experience (1+ year for Supervisor, 2+ for Assistant Manager, 3+ for Store Manager)
- CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate and a clean Criminal Record Check (required before start)
