BAAN Powertrain is a family-owned business that has grown in a short time to become Canada's largest aftermarket distributor of powertrain units. Inside sales/order desk experience and automotive knowledge and passion is an asset.
**Responsibilities**:
- Data Entry for parts information, shipping and receiving logs and other important information to shared data sets with the whole BAAN team.
- Place data in the system so that other team members can view and have all information available.
- Ensure that all returns or product issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare invoices, payments, shipping documents and contracts.
- Verify inventory for invoices.
- Filing.
- Any other tasks that are assigned.
Education & Experience
- Relevant data entry and office knowledge and experience is an asset.
- Drivers abstract.
- Order desk/inside sales experience an asset.
Work Remotely

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
