The Student Affairs portfolio includes: Office of the Registrar and Enrolment Management; Wellness, Recreation and Athletics; Campus Engagement; and Student Development and Success. **_*This position is eligible for a Hybrid Work Arrangement*_** **The salary range for this position is**: - **Recruitment range: $75,755- $83,525** starting salary determined by the PEA Collective Agreement. - **Performance range: $98,528 salary range** ceiling is available through annual performance increases. - Job Summary **Mandate** The Manager, Enrolment Partnerships assists the Associate Registrar in advancing key initiatives that support the international enrolment goals of UVic’s faculties and academic units. The Manager plays a role in supporting UVic’s international enrolment strategy by managing and maintaining operations with Kaplan International Pathways Inc. (Kaplan). They also support other initiatives that advance the international enrolment goals established by UVic’s faculties. **Objectives** - Support work with faculties to create and implement new academic programs and partnership activities that have potential to support international student recruitment at UVic. - Support the Associate Registrar in advancing UVic’s broader strategic enrolment goals by maintaining relationships with international enrolment-related external organizations and associations. - Ensure timely and accurate coordination of joint activities and communication with Kaplan. - Coordinate and oversee processes related to partner invoicing, joint initiatives, and internal stakeholder engagement. - Facilitate and organize visits and institutional participation in Kaplan-related activities and events. This position may require occasional evening or weekend work to support events or meetings with international partners. - Job Requirements This position requires a level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of related experience, preferably in a post-secondary or international education context.
