**Responsabilités clés**:

- Répondre aux appels entrants et gérer les lignes téléphoniques multiples.
- Dispatcher les techniciens pour les interventions chez les clients en fonction de leur emplacement et des exigences des interventions.
- Gérer l'envoi de fournitures aux clients dans le cadre des accords de service.
- Assurer une communication efficace et professionnelle avec les clients et les techniciens.
- Tenir à jour les registres des interventions et des envois.
- Traiter la facturation des clients et effectuer les suivis nécessaires.
- Surveiller et utiliser les outils logiciels internes pour soutenir les opérations (PRINTFLEET)

**Exigences**:

- Bilinguisme français et anglais, avec une excellente maîtrise du français.
- Expérience dans la gestion d'appels et la répartition technique, idéalement dans un domaine similaire.
- **Une expérience préalable en logistique est un atout.**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and manage multiple phone lines.
- Dispatch technicians to client sites based on their location and the needs of the service calls.
- Manage the shipping of supplies to clients as part of service agreements.
- Ensure effective and professional communication with clients and technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and shipments.
- Process customer invoicing and follow up as necessary.
- Monitor and utilize internal software tools to support operations (PRINTFLEET).

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual in French and English, with excellent fluency in French.
- Experience in call management and technical dispatching, ideally in a similar field.
- **Previous logistics experience is an asset.**:

- Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
- Good references.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
