**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Field incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, assess needs, and provide initial assistance or information.
- Use telecommunication tools to send appropriate personnel, vehicles, or equipment to specific locations in response to calls or service requests.
- Track the status and location of trucks and assets to coordinate schedules, prioritize tasks, and respond to changes in real-time.
- Assist in answering drivers‘ inquiries
- Follow up with clients & work directly (over the phone) with customers by providing information, guidance, and reassurance to callers, especially in emergency situations.
- Handle administrative tasks & office works (i.e. phones, fax..)
- Organize documents, maintain filing system (updating index, creating, updating & forwarding files, etc..)
- Maintain detailed logs and records of calls, activities, and dispatch information in computer systems.
- Report serious complaints to the supervisor for guidance & assistance
- Assist other office staff as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- One year related experience & specialized skills (loadlink, word, excel, database)
- Working knowledge of basic computer software & hardware
- Working knowledge of general office procedures
- Or an equivalent combination of training & experience

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Attention to accuracy & detail
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Effective multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work well with others

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour
