**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schematics and blueprints.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and updates.
- Support the preparation of construction estimates using Microsoft Excel and other estimating tools.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Review plans and specifications for accuracy and completeness; assist in blueprint reading as needed.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Deep utilities.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making.

Pay: $66,768.00-$95,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
- Retention bonus

Flexible language requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Deep Utilities: 3 years (preferred)
