The RPN Supervisor is expected to perform a variety of duties that relate to client care including care consultations with clients and family members, client/CAREGivers introductions and quality assurance visits with existing clients. They continuously evaluate the plan through a series of ongoing communications and visits to ensure high quality care and client satisfaction.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Meet with clients and family members to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of a plan of care
- Manage conversations with team members to grow and recommend services
- Maintain ongoing communication and a consistent follow-up schedule with clients and families
- Work with other team members to coordinate and complete various aspects of a client’s care
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with clients, family members, Management, colleagues, and CAREGivers
- Delegate tasks to team members on floor to ensure resident care is completed in timely fashion
- Provide bedside care to residents following their care plans
- Assist with medication management for residents in home
- Ensure company representation in a professional manner

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have an RPN License
- Must possess a valid Drivers License and are insurable.
- Provide top notch customer service to internal and external customers
- Thrives in a fast paced environment multi-tasking with various tasks
- Minimum 1 year of working experience preferred
- Must have a good understanding of body mechanics, palliative care, Alzheimer’s and Dementia care.
- Hours of work will be 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday
- Employment will be conditional until a clean Criminal Record or Vulnerable Sector Check is produced
- Home Instead requires proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 from all employees, with the exception of those who require accommodation under applicable human rights legislation._

**Salary**: $27.00-$29.00 per hour

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
