**YOUR ROLE**

**The assistant manager's main tasks are**:

- Take care of all restaurant operations, profitability and management
- Ensure all Benny&Co. policies and procedures are followed by staff
- Hire, welcome, onboard, train and manage employees
- Quickly process requests, complaints and comments in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Create a positive, harmonious and collaborative work environment
- Ensure products and customer service consistently meet quality standards
- Offer customers the Benny&Co. experience
- Follow hygiene and food safety rules
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times

**What you need for the job**:

- Experience supervising a team
- Knowledge of human resources management
- Experience in a kitchen with chicken roasters (an asset)
- Knowledge of cash register systems (an asset)

- Autonomy;
