We are seeking an experienced **Adventure Trip Manager** to lead and manage multi-day guided tours, oversee operational logistics, and mentor a team of guides. This role combines field leadership with office-based management responsibilities.

**Key Duties**:

- Lead multi-day adventure tours, ensuring safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Mentor, supervise, and evaluate guides; provide training and performance feedback.
- Assess and improve tour procedures, logistics, and guest experiences.
- Prepare itineraries, guide manuals, and guest materials.
- Coordinate bookings for accommodation, transportation, meals, and activities.
- Order, maintain, and track outdoor/camping equipment.
- Compile tour reports and feedback for operational improvements.
- Foster teamwork, professionalism, and effective communication among staff.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.

**Employment Requirements**
- Post-secondary education in tourism, hospitality, business management, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in adventure tourism, tour operations, or supervisory/management roles.
- **Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is mandatory**; French is an additional asset.
- Leadership and mentoring experience.
- Strong organizational, social, and office skills; able to work in both office and field environments.
- Wilderness First Aid/CPR and risk management training are assets.
- Must be able to commute to the office near Edmonton during winter months.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
