**Interested?**

Reporting to the Senior Supervisor - Maintenance Management & MOC the role coordinates the implementation and continuous improvement of the Maintenance Management and MOC programs for operating facilities within Operations and Engineering (O&E).

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Responsible for site implementation and upkeep of key maintenance sub-programs: (1) asset and risk based maintenance, (2) bad actor management, (3) root cause analysis, (4) critical spares, (5) obsolescence, (6) condition based maintenance (CBM) and (7) predictive maintenance (PdM).
- Accountable for maintaining a comprehensive asset list and related records in order to support Asset Integrity and Maintenance (AI&M) programs and initiatives including risk-based approach; this includes annual update and review with stakeholders the assigned criticality for asset assemblies, obsolescence plan, critical spares list, PM frequency, route stops and run to fail (RTF) asset list.
- Coordinates and facilitates site discussion on identifying top bad actors and any other equipment failures classified as insignificant / low risk to ensure corrective and preventative actions are taken to prevent a recurrence; participates and supports root cause analysis for equipment related failures.
- Tracks monthly performance specific to Asset Integrity & Maintenance KPIs and coordinates with stakeholders to ensure targets are constantly met; this includes compiling monthly and quarterly maintenance and MOC performance reports and distribute to the required stakeholders.
- Responsible for the planning, scheduling and coordinating of recurring integrity and maintenance related works including the availability of 30, 60, 90 work schedule forecast for operations and trades; ensure maintenance, inspection and repair activities for any regulatory requirement are scheduled and executed in a timely manner.
- Provides technical input and support relating to maintenance tasks and job plans that adhere to Maintenance Management program, practices, and standards.
- Responsible for field support and implementation of MOC program and tactics which leads to achieving the target OMS maturity scale.
- Demonstrates a personal commitment and proactive approach to Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) through participation in all applicable EH&S programs and ensures safe operation of the branch, team or unit and compliance with all Company EH&S policies and procedures.
- May perform other duties as assigned.

**What You'll Bring**
- Minimum high school diploma + 5 years of refinery, chemical or utility plant experience or a bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences
- Minimum of 5+ years progressive oil industry/plant environment experience.
- Possess a good understanding of industrial equipment and asset management processes.
- Experienced in the use MS Office suite including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note.
- Experience in using Maximo training; certification is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills.
