**THE ROLE**:

- **Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this position manages the operations of the Petro-Pass Bulk Facility. **_Some Duties include: _
- Provide training, leadership and guidance to cardlock, warehouse & delivery attendant, customer service administrators and fuel truck drivers.
- Manage the inspection processes: documenting regular daily, weekly and monthly inspections, regular worker observations including ride-alongs with drivers to ensure safe work practice and evaluations are complete.
- Recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff with the assistance and support of the Human Resources Team.
- Collaborate with Castle Fuels operational teams and dispatchers.
- Oversee operational, and administrative day to day functions, programs, projects, and/or services (dispatching & logistics, purchasing, customer service, handling, storing and shipping of hazardous waste).
- Work closely with Manager of Environmental Health and Safety to ensure that all reporting requirements are met. This includes but is not limited to implementing, documenting and overseeing health and safety programs, requirements, training and initiatives including creating working alone plans.
- Provide superior customer service to internal and external clients.
- Liaise with the Accounting Team in order to ensure batching, reconciliations and reporting is complete timely, accurately and efficiently.
- Responsible for managing site operational expenses & inventory management.
- This position is responsible to be on call for any site/employee emergencies.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Post-secondary certificate/ diploma in business/management, logistics, transportation considered an asset
- Minimum 3-years’ experience in an operations leadership role with four or more direct reports
- Minimum 5 years’ customer service experience
- BC Driver’s license Class 5 in good standing with ICBC
- Strong knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience with budgeting and accounting processes
- Experience developing new processes, systems and procedures
- Familiar with environmental health and safety and DOT regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
