We are seeking motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our team as **Customer Service Agents**. In this role, you will work in a call center environment and be responsible to interact with customers/customer information on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Provides information to customers about product features.

We have multiple lines of business including:

- Sales
- Financial and Medical Customer Care
- Sales
- Collections
- And more

**Responsibilities**:

- Help customers with their questions and complaints
- Give customers information about products and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Update customer files with appropriate information and ensure the information being placed in customer files follow regulatory, client-specific, and corporate guidelines
- Other duties as assigned

**This is a hybrid position and requires you to work onsite from our London office. 100% work-from-home is not available for this position.**

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service is required
- Strong Communication skills - verbal and written
- Can solve problems and walk through issues with customers - need to be able to probe with questions to find the right solution
- Ability to troubleshoot and help customers
- Need people who are self-starters and have a strong desire for customer service
